My Clothes Are Fitting Better

I am starting to find all my clothes are fitting better, all the ones that have been tight on me or a bit short over the belly, I now feel comfortable in. They feel almost loose even and its such a great feeling. Some tops that I thought I wouldn’t be able to wear much longer because they were getting smaller in the wash (or I was getting bigger) I’m now able to wear with out worrying.

I have a lot of clothes that are either new or like new that are too small for me at the moment and I cant wait to get to the next stage of fitting into them.

Stats

Starting weight: 238lbs
Loss this week: 2.5lbs
Current weight: 222.5lbs

Total loss: 15.5lbs
Target weight: 175lbs
Weight left to lose: 47.5lbs

The Weekend

Ok so last week I said I had a takeaway planned for the weekend. I had a chinese, duck fried rice and crispy chili beef. It wasn’t the worse thing I could have eaten so I don’t feel guilty about it. I was also really stricked with myself the rest of the weekend and stuck to it more than I normally would to allow me this treat.

I spent close to ten hours working in the garden on the weekend. From cutting hedges and bushes to wheel barrowing rubble to fitting gates, I was working up quite a sweat.

This Week

This week my progress is still on track. I am losing weight slowly but every pound lost is adding up and I’ve lost my first stone (14lbs) already. I am now just short of a quarter of the way to my goal of losing 63lbs.I have tried to carry on with the hard work in the garden this week when I havn’t been rained off to burn some extra calories.

The new meal addded this week was salmon and veg. I went off fish for quite a while but wanted to add more back in to my diet so this has been a nice change this week. This has also been my favourate meal of the week because it was such a big change from the norm.

Next Week

Next week I want to get my water intake back up again. I have started slipping this week and it was easier just to take a can of diet coke into the garden with me than get a glass of water.

I also want to make sure I’m eating my two bananas a day as I keep forgetting to eat the second. I’ve learnt alot about the benefits of bananas this week so don’t want to miss out.
