This week I’ve decided I need a break. So I will be taking a few weeks off then getting back at it with a fresher mind hopefully.

This Week

This week I have been really bad again. My diet didn’t last more than two days before I gave up. I have so much going on at the moment with work, kids and all the work being done around the house I’m just struggling to keep ontop of my diet as well.

I’ve decided to have a few weeks off, I haven’t decided how long exactly yet but just enough time to let everything else calm down a bit so I can focus again.

I’m not completely giving up while I’m on my break, I still plan to have the same breakfast and evening meals as they have made things a lot easier when planning our food shop.

Hopefully, I won’t put too much weight back on and can get back on track quite quickly.
