This weekend was the first time in a long time that we made no plans. It was so nice to just stay in and chill out. I was still ill so it gave me time to recover and concentrate on my diet again.
I wasn’t too strict with myself and had a meal deal for lunch one day and a bag of M&M’s. Apart from that, I have stuck to my diet quite easily.
The week started off with me still ill but I’m almost back to 100%. I didn’t think it would take this long.
Cravings have been hitting me hard this week. It hasn’t really been a problem for me seeing things I shouldn’t eat, like doughnuts or biscuits but this week I’ve been so tempted so many times.
To keep me motivated I keep reminding myself about having to write these posts every week. So far I haven’t had a week where I’ve gained weight or even stayed the same. I keep reminding myself that and I don’t want to be writing about gains anytime soon.
I may need to get some low Syn (calorie) treats just to get me by next week if I’m still craving.
My meal of the week isn’t actually a meal this week but it has kept me going over the last two weeks and I’ve been having them twice a day most days. Honey and lemon in hot water is a great way to soothe the throat and help clear my sinuses. They also have the added bonus of natural sugars, all the benefits of lemons and taste amazing.
We are back to a weekend of plans, seeing some friends and family. I’m not sure how it will go for my diet but will be back at it again next week to fix any damage.
