I’ve started this blog to log my journey getting into shape, posting my weight loss and goals as I go. I also want to help others in the same situation, so I’ll be sharing health and fitness tips that have helped me as I go.
Having always struggled with my weight since my teens I’ve tried many different ways to get fit. I’ve tried different diets and tracking my calories to intense exercise programs. Most haven’t worked, some have but then it doesn’t last long before I am back to being overweight again. This time I will be posting my results as well as pictures, to keep myself motivated and hold myself accountable
